Paprika Chicken


This juicy chicken recipe is one I always enjoyed growing up. It’s super easy, perfect for a weeknight after work, and feeds the whole family.


6 chicken thighs with bone-in & skin-on

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons olive oil

Garlic powder



Serving size = 6

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken pieces skin down in an oven safe baking dish and then add water & olive oil to bottom of dish. Generously coat chicken with garlic powder and paprika. Bake for about 20 minutes and then flip chicken so skins are facing up. Generously coat chicken again with garlic powder and paprika. Bake for another 30-40 minutes, baste at least once, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Serve with Toasted Almond Rice Pilaf
