Turkey, Bacon, & Avocado Club

Lunch can be tricky to think of something quick without jeopardizing your health. Here is a layered flavor packed club sandwich that will leave you feeling full and your taste buds satisfied!

Ingredients:

2 slices 100% whole wheat bread- toasted (I like to use Sarah Lee because it contains the lowest sugar, fats, calories, and carbs compared to other brands)

3 slices low sodium turkey bacon (Butterball)

4-5 thinly sliced pieces of turkey breast lunch meat

2 medium thick slices of fresh avocado

2 slices of tomato

Instructions:

In a pan over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Toast the 2 slices of bread and then spread spicy mayo generously on both slices. On the bottom slice of toast, add the avocado first, followed by turkey slices, finishing with turkey bacon, tomato, and last slice of toast on top.

Cut into halves and enjoy!
