Sauteed Zucchini

This simple sauteed zucchini was so tasty, I ate it all myself!


1 fresh zucchini

salt to taste

pepper to taste

garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon seasoned basting oil or olive oil


Wash and peel skin off zucchini. Cut into long quarters and then into medium thick slices. Generously season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and then add seasoned zucchini. Cook until zucchini is tender and lightly browned. Serve as a side to any meal or as a healthy snack!
