Roasted Green Beans


Fresh and seasoned green beans are a great addition to any dish!


1/2 lb fresh green beans

4 fresh garlic gloves

1 whole chili pepper

Salt to taste

Serving size= 4

Preheat oven on 375 degrees F. Rinse green beans and cut off any ends with stems. Place beans on a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and drizzle EVOO. Cut the ends off garlic cloves and peal off skins, then with the side of your knife crush the cloves and place on top of green beans along with chili pepper. Season beans generously with salt and garlic lovers and with tongs lightly toss the beans to make sure they are all coated. Roast in oven for 20 minutes until green beans are crunchy.
