Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This chicken is the perfect combination of quick and tasty after a long day of work with very little preparation needed.


7-8 tenderloins (1 package)

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

3 tablespoons panko bread crumbs

garlic powder

adobo without pepper


Preheat oven to 375 F. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil, evenly space chicken tenderloins apart, and season chicken to taste with garlic powder and adobo. In a bowl, mix together mayo, Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, and bread crumbs. With a fork, spread mix evenly over top of each piece of chicken and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
