Miyabi Japanese Restaurant in Mt. Laurel is a great spot for lunch. They are located right off of Rt. 38 not far from many local corporate offices. My husband and I just went for a sushi lunch and I was blown away by the tuna spoon appetizer! Tuna spoons are not on the menu, but they are made on a requested basis only. It comes on a plate with 6 Japanese soup spoons filled with fresh tuna wrapped around a delicious crunchy something (crab or shrimp I think) topped with jalapeno, all sitting in this deliciously sweet sauce. I could have eaten 6 more of those flawless spoon filled delights myself. However, I did order the rainbow roll and spicy girl roll so I had to leave some room! Both rolls were pleasantly light, fresh, and packed with flavor. The service was fast and friendly, while their lunch prices were extremely affordable. I would recommend Miyabi to any sushi lover in the area looking for a quick and tasty lunch, but don’t forget to ask for the tuna spoons!!
