Ingredients:

1 large sweet potato
2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Fresh chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Peal potato and cut into cubes. Place cut potato pieces, water, and salt in a pot over medium-high heat. Cook until potato pieces are soft then drain. Add fresh grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and chopped parsley to potatoes and mix well with a hand mixer.
