Grown Up Mac & Cheese

Who says adults can’t love mac & cheese too? One of my all time personal favorite indulgences is extra creamy mac & cheese. Out of my mom’s kitchen, I share this rich and delicious recipe which will satisfy all your cheesy cravings. It pairs well with any meat or can be enjoyed as a main dish, whatever you please!

Ingredients:

3/4 lb small shells

1 can (10 oz) of Campbell Cheddar Cheese soup

1/2 can (3 oz) Contadina tomato paste

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon live oil

Salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium pot over high heat, boil 6 cups water with 1 teaspoon olive oil and a pinch of salt. Once pasta is cooked to your liking, drain and transfer to deep oven safe dish. Add cheese and tomato paste to pasta, mixing well. Slice 2 tablespoons butter into 4 even sized slices and place on top of pasta. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven, mix well again, and enjoy!
