Blueberry Sauce

This sauce is a fantastic substitute for syrup on pancakes, waffles, or a sweet topping for dessert!


1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup light brown sugar

Fresh squeezed juice of 1 orange

Add all ingredients to a warmed sauce pan on medium heat. The blueberries will start to bubble and burst creating a thick sauce combined with light brown sugar. Once most of your blueberries have burst and the sauce is at a medium thick consistency it is ready!
