A Pinch of Salt


When cooking, most recipes call for a pinch of salt, salt to taste, or a specific amount needed to make the dish pop with flavor. I personally found it difficult to get out my salt shaker and pour the salt out to measure amounts, not to mention it makes one heck of a mess. I found one of these awesome little bamboo salt holders online, which I keep right next to my stove top to use “in a pinch”. It makes the salt application super easy, just swing over the magnetic top, grab a pinch or two of salt, and season your ingredients.
