A Midwest Treasure

Last year, my brother-in-law and his wife moved out west to Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was sad to see them go, but that just meant a new place for us to visit. In September, my husband and I hopped on a plane for a long weekend of family, fun, and food.

My brother-in-law is a huge foodie too and notorious for finding incredible places to eat, so I knew our trip would be full of great eats. My expectations did not disappoint as we spent a lot of our time dining in some of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I highly trust his judgement in the taste department, which is why I am sharing his food review on Kimchee Chileques with all of you.

“The soft boiled eggs are perfect. The yolk adds a creaminess, which cuts the spice of the dish resulting in velvety, spicy, porky, crunchy goodness!”

Well there you have it, if ever in the Twin Cities make sure to stop into Tila for some Kimchee Chileques and rest assure, you will be pleased.
